Use of PT Website
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website, your participation in any online courses on or through this website, your membership in any programs on or through this website, and your interactions with PT. By any of the foregoing actions, including without limitation accessing this website, you accept these terms. These terms are subject to change at any time in our discretion. Your use of this site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes. You understand and agree that your email address will be added to the PT marketing subscriber list but you have the option to unsubscribe at any time from marketing emails. All products and services by PT are for informational and educational purposes only.

Any membership package purchased through this website includes products with monthly and/or yearly subscription periods. The subscription period for each product, and the total charge per subscription period for that product are set forth on the membership page. Unless you timely cancel, your subscription(s) will auto-renew each subscription period at the price(s) indicated using your payment method on file. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime, but you must cancel by the last day of your current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next subscription period. You may cancel by logging into your account on this website, clicking the avatar image in the top right of the header, clicking “Settings” from the dropdown menu, clicking Billing Info on the top right of the page, and following the instructions given in the “Active Subscriptions” portion of the page. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of your then-current subscription period. I hereby expressly grant to PT and all related parties or assignees the right to use photographs, videos, and/or audio impressions (including over the internet) of me recorded by PT at during or related to any of its online courses, as well as any reproductions of physical likeness and training-related work, in connection with or as part of any presentation, publication, product, program, training, transmission, or other undertaking, as well as in any marketing, for informational, educational and/or commercial purposes. If I participate in any training by video-conference, I will not display any background that includes any copyrighted image that I do not own. If I display an image that I own, I hereby grant PT an irrevocable fully paid-up worldwide license to use such image in the same manner as my physical images and my voice may be used hereunder.

I understand and agree that PT shall exclusively own all rights, title and interest, including copyright, in and to its website content as well as any training materials, including without limitation video and audio recordings, and that I may not download or reproduce such content or materials or use such content or materials for my own commercial gain. PT shall have the right, for any purpose, to use, modify, delete from, add to, or combine such content and materials as it wishes in its sole discretion. I understand and agree that attendance at any PT training or use of any training materials on the PT website is for informational and educational purposes only. I agree that my engineering design work as a licensed professional engineer or under the supervision and review of a licensed professional engineer and/or certified firm in the applicable jurisdiction requires proper engineering judgement in the application of anything I learn from the PT training or PT website materials and that PT is in no way responsible for my engineering work. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless at all times PT and all related parties or assignees from all claims and damages resulting from my practice of engineering.

Power Transformations has been a great resource as a fairly new P&C Engineer. When I first signed up for PWR TRANS, my goal was to get outside the very narrow P&C silo I deal in daily and become more comprehensive in my trade. PWR TRANS has allowed me to achieve this. Although I am not actively applying the concepts I'm learning with Joshua, I can at least talk the talk in more complex P&C discussions. I signed up to be a Beta member with PWR TRANS which gives me access to a community of P&C engineers who are encountering similar problems and seeking similar knowledge. There is a chance to ask specific technical questions on a private forum board or at monthly member meetings. This allows me to ask questions that wouldn't necessarily be appropriate for a live course. Overall, I'm very happy with my PWR TRANS experience.

It's been a year now since I attended the first training session of Joshua on September 2020. I took almost all his courses and they really helped me to grow as a P&C Engineer in the last 1 year. All the training sessions were really productive and some of my favorite ones are SCADA Challenge, Distribution Protection Challenge, Auto Reclosing Challenge and Distance and Directional Challenge. I was very fortunate to work on some of the projects simultaneously which were quite relevant to his training sessions. This helped to apply my learnings from his class into some real industrial work. I highly recommend everyone to attend his training sessions because these trainings really help you to clarify your concepts. It is worth of time and money. Overall, I would say that I really enjoy attending his training classes and that's why I took a membership too so that I can involve myself more into his trainings and teachings.
