Power Transformations Scholarship Program

When we launched in 2020, our vision was to see: "A movement of empowered P&C Engineers with released potential who transform the electric power industry WORLDWIDE."

Now thousands of students later, we are excited to celebrate a key milestone towards this vision:

We have TRANSFORMED the careers & lives of students from 50 different countries around the world with our trainings!

To celebrate this success, we are introducing our Power Transformations Scholarship Program to give back and help students who would like to take our courses but may need assistance for training opportunities.

We want to transform the world one student at a time and give away 50 free training course scholarships to students in need, and who would like to join us in our mission: "We enlighten minds and embolden hearts to illuminate the world."

Of course this wouldn’t be possible without thanking the thousands of individual students and corporate training partners for their support over these last 3 years of growth.

May this Scholarship Program help to propel us forward towards our next goal: 100 nations impacted!

Terms and Conditions

Only 50 free course license seats will be awarded (one course per selected applicant), to celebrate this 50 countries served milestone towards our vision: “A movement of empowered P&C Engineers with released potential who transform the electric power industry WORLDWIDE!”

Although not restricted, priority will be given to interested students located in or from the developing world, especially if you are located from a new country we have not yet served.

By applying for a scholarship, you are not guaranteed to receive an award.

If you are selected to receive 1 of the 50 scholarships, you will receive a notification at the email address provided that you have been granted 1 month of access to your requested course.

Make sure to monitor your Spam/Junk email filter and add @pwr-trans.com domain to your Safe Senders list so that you don’t miss this award notification and any follow up instructions.

Scholarship winners will be notified on a rolling basis as deserving applicants apply, but no later than 6/30/2024.

By applying for the scholarship, you are agreeing for your email address to be added to the Power Transformations mailing list, to get notified of future training opportunities. If you wish, you may opt out of promotional emails by using the Unsubscribe button in the marketing email footer.

Only applicants who have a personal LinkedIn Profile will be selected as scholarship recipients. You agree that Power Transformations posts may tag your personal LinkedIn Profile.

If you are selected as a scholarship winner, you must complete the entire training video series (5-9 hours depending upon the course topic), finish all homework assignments for each session, and earn the Certificate of Completion within 1 month. You will automatically have course access revoked 31 days following award.

If you successfully earn the Certificate of Completion, you must sign up for a free Accredible account to host your digital credential.

Using the Accredible tool, you will be required to strengthen your personal LinkedIn Profile with 2 follow up action items:

1. Add your Certificate of Completion to your personal LinkedIn Profile “Licenses & certifications” section.
2. Post your Certificate of Completion to your LinkedIn feed, along with a Testimonial about your learning experience in the training course, tagging @Power Transformations, LLC and @Joshua Timm, PE to your post.
